The second round of playoff games was full of upsets last Friday. We enjoy upsets – well at least the underdog schools do – because there not supposed to happen. |
A day after Thanksgiving and I’m fat and happy. Turkey, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, and I didn’t forget the gravy. It is time for playoffs once again and I hope that the teams that won the first round aren’t snoozing like I did halfway through the Cowboys-Raiders game. |
Today is the day and in less than two hours we will kick off the first round of the playoffs. It has just started raining so I wonder if that will affect the higher seeded teams that are supposed to dominate the lower seeded teams or can the lower ranked teams take advantage of this unexpected weather. |
There is nothing in sports that makes them more exciting to watch than the playoffs. Do you hear that college football?!?! We have reached the end of one season and have begun a brand new one. |
